Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- New Zealand: 7–18 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or high demand.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
As we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Delays & Issues
Supronix is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal or courier disruptions
- Customs clearance processes
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) here at supronix
